New hydraulic pump used on Bobcat 853, 863 and 873 skid steer loaders. This is not the only pump used on these machine, so please check the serial number information in order to get the correct pump.
This pump is a replacement for part number 6673916 (4 bolt flange) which replaces 6665551 (O-RING BOSS pressure port no longer available from Bobcat, but we also have that one for sale). This newer 4 bolt flange design is not original on these machines. Do not use this pump unless you want to upgrade to the 4 bolt flange or if your machine has previously been upgraded.
Bobcat hydraulic pump part number 6665551 (with the o-ring boss pressure port) was originally used on the following machines:
853 All serial numbers
863 Serial numbers up to **** 24999
873 Up to serial number 5141 14999
873 Up to serial number 5142 12999
There was a problem with the fittings leaking and this new pump resolves this issue by using a 4 bolt mounted fitting instead of the original O-ring type.
To convert from the old style pump you will also need additional hardware and fittings. We can ship these items with the pump if you are converting to this new pump. However, it is not included in this sale as some buyers are replacing only rather than upgrading. If you wish to stay with the original pump, use the 6665551 hydraulic pump. The later models including the G series primarily use a part number 6673911 hydraulic pump.
