This is a rebuilt Vickers TA1919 variable displacement tandem hydrostatic drive pump. This pump has been rebuilt to new factory specs, then bench tested to ensure it is working properly before it is shipped.

You must clean out the drive motors and hoses and replace the hydraulic oil and filter when installing this pump. When a drive pump fails, some of the metal shavings can be washed into the drive motor. If this pump is replaced without having the contamination removed from the system, you can end up with the same problem you were trying to fix. Damage caused by contamination from your system is not covered in our warranty.

This pump is an assembly that consists of the right and left side drive pumps and the vane pump on the front that supplies the hydraulic circuit that does the lifting and dumping. It is used in many Bobcat skid steer loaders including models 630, 631, 632, 641, 642, 643, 730, 731, 732, 741, 742, and 743.

This pump replaces many bobcat part numbers including 6648980, 6558724, 6648981, 6630101, 6630535, 6560208, 6648980, 6630534, and 6660948. The reason for all the different part numbers is a minor design change, different numbers for new and rebuilt pumps, and different charge pressure springs for older machines.

The charge pressure spring is the only item that is important. There are several ways to identify the correct pump for your machine, your machine serial number, the charge pressure spring length, or the number stamped into the aluminum housing close to where it bolts to the center port block section.

Late This pump has a light yellow spring 2 3/8 inch long and a 13/16 inch recess inside the plug. Numbers stamped in may be 451809 or 567686. It is used in the following machines:

Early This pump has a 1 15/32 inch long spring.The plug does not have a recess inside. Number 451808 or 567685 is stamped into the housing. It is used on the following machines:

Very Early This pump has a 1 15/16 inch spring and the plug has a .095 plus or minus .015 deep counterbore for the spring. It is used on the following machines:
